Appearance of Notification Center Windows Phone Blue
Based on the picture, the first thing we found in the Notification Center is the ability to enable / disable connections such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode and Management; Android remembering much but stylish Modern UI.
Just down the image on the right, find the option to Clear All , that is, clean the notification list .
To the right access, All Settings , imagine where we would be able to configure which icons have above and perhaps customizing notification applications. Finally, we find notifications , tile application and as a sub-list, the various notices relating respectively.

It seems that people do not want to complicate Microsoft on how to access the Notification Center, so surely will as iOS or Android, sliding from the top down , and closing with a hand gesture.
