Microsoft is Merge Windows App Store And Microsoft App Store


Microsoft is planing to merge both windows store and microsoft store in to a single appstore Accroding to reports

it is not entirely clear whether this will result in complete cross-platform  compatibility for both windows apps and Microsoft apps like Apples iphone and ipad Application store

Terry Myerson  the  VP of Operating System at Microsoft , said that  this unification will allow both Application store to work as one but did not go into detail on how user would be able to use the diffrentApplication on diffrent sized Hardware 

One set of devlopers API will also encourage devleopers to bulid a Application for the platform.
Currentyly the developer interest in windows phone is less compared to ios and Android this should change as combined Application Store become quite bigger and attract more.

But all Apllication wont work on all platform ,Like windows phone Application wont work on windows RT tablet And some of the desktop application wont work on RT tablets.Windows RT run on ARM architechture and desktop use intel chip in most cases.
